January 27, 2020

The CHRT emails Parties issuing an extension (until February 21, 2020) for the compensation submissions:

The Panel is in receipt of the AGC’s letter dated January 24, 2020 requesting an extension of the January 29, 2020 deadline to file submissions on the compensation process. The Panel is pleased to learn that the parties are making progress in their discussions. Given the circumstances and the parties consent for the extension, the Panel grants the extension. The new deadline is now February 21, 2020.
