On September 29, the Caring Society, Assembly of First Nations, Chiefs of Ontario, and Nishnawbe Aski Nation

filed a Joint Reply regarding Jordan's Principle compliance and implementation of 2026 CHRT 6 pursuant to the Tribunal's August 21, 2026, direction. This followed the Joint Notice of Motion that the Parties filed on September 9 and Canada's reply filed on September 22. 

The Caring Society filed the will-say statements of Brittany Mathews, Dr. Ryan Giroux, Katlyn O'Shea, Kim-Marie Rumley and Ursula Larsson.

COO filed the will-say statements of Zachariah General, Lyndia Jones and Kurtis Martin. 

NAN filed the will-say statement of Joyce Spence.
