As Chief Executive Officer of Oetjgoapeniag Elnoei Family Services, she has advanced innovative solutions that keep children connected to their families, culture, and community, including securing funding to improve housing so children could remain at home and establishing Egtjipogteomino Youth Services to bring children back into their community. Her leadership has strengthened services, supported families, and improved outcomes for children while reflecting a deep commitment to the principle that every child matters and to the values recognized by the Raymond Shingoose Leadership Award.
